With an ideology of people-power and a desire to give back to his community, Raj Darji a farmboy–turned-techprenuer, who studied at a village school at times under a tree, went on to build a multi-million dollar product engineering and IT consulting firm that has offices spread across India, US, UK and Canada in less than a decade.

Raj started Aarav Solutions in 2012 and from the start his main focus has been organization people, helping businesses with emerging and future technologies and to keep the company bootstrapped so that he doesn’t have to compromise with his vision and values. Being an heir of a farmer, honesty, courage, and the power to change for the better was deeply enrooted within him. His Parents and the lessons from the farmland he grew in have been his sources of inspiration and have helped him throughout his entrepreneur journey.

With a vision to give back to society, Raj Darji, his wife Alpa Darji, and elder brother Karam Darji started Jadishwar Charitable Trust and Sanvid as our CSR initiatives to support the downtrodden, provide financial and medical assistance, education, and employment. They are tirelessly working to reach out to the needy in every way possible with a sole aim to give back to the society. Raj never wished for his organization to be a mere source of business and rewards, his purpose was to stay grounded, stick to the roots, and serve the community that nurtured his life. And these initiatives are just a step towards it.
